AL SIQ CLAY pottery is a scientifically studied product containing a unique formula of premium European terracotta (from France and Italy). It is baked at 1200°C using electricity to ensure purity. Regular pottery does not contain this scientific formula nor undergoes the same advanced manufacturing process.
We carefully select pottery materials and pay attention to every detail and finish. Our designs are made for everyday use and practical water storage.
If the water is pre-filtered, it takes about 20 minutes only. If the water is unfiltered, it needs about 2 hours for the best result.
Every month, soak the pottery once in lemon acid or vinegar and it will be like new. This step is like a "reset" for the pottery and is very important to maintain its performance.
Yes you can, but we recommend leaving it longer in the pottery (about 2 hours) compared to filtered water which only needs 20 minutes.
